I recently registered my 1955 GMC COE in NY. It was bought from a person in Washington state. I received no NY title - I received 2 license plates, a sticker for the windshield, and small registration card (which must stay in the vehicle). Tim 1954Advance-Design.com 1954 3106 Carryall Suburban 1954 3104 5-window pickup w/Hydra-Matic The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" -- this is a splash oiler.
