Sadams, if you can get the corner windows and the entire side inner panels shipped from out of state, you could just as easily have the whole rear section of the cab shipped. Have them cut it right below the body line on the rear of the cab and across the center of roof.
If you have to do the sides alone, think about lap welding the inner panel in, that way you won't have to remove the center panel.
