I drilled my pins out, except for one that came out with a hammer & punch. Make sure your drill stays centered & plumb.
My doors looked perfect until I put the weatherstripping on. I've heard that Steele Rubber makes softer weatherstripping than that offered by the usual suspects. It's not been substatiated, so I plan on trying it in the spring to see if it makes a difference.
