Mark421 New Guy M Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 5 Ohio	Ohio. Abandon all hope ye who enter here. Advice from any other state is absolutely worthless- ignore it- you're in Ohio. You can ask your county title clerk for advice, but I'd suggest just hitting your hand / head with a hammer.
