The only thing I know of that can make it a tad challenging is if the cam lobe just happens to be in the "wrong" position which can make it more difficult to get the bolts started because it's holding the pump away from the block. I've used two methods to combat this issue. I've use a longer bolt to draw the pump to the block. After which I put the stock bolt in the other hole, tighten it, then swap the first bolt for the stock bolt. The other is to turn the engine until the lobe isn't an issue. Both methods have their advantages/disadvantages. Others may have other methods better than mine. Overall it's pretty easy as Tim said.
