Those are sheet metal screws if I remember correctly, and you can access the bottom of the screw from under the cab (again, if I remember correctly.
Soak the bottom with PB to start. If that doesn't work use the torch on the bottom or use a hand grinder and grind the point of the screw off. The heat and vibration will loosen them up.
