Is the shop you refer to John Stuart? I've had them stainless sleeve a master cylinder and been satisfied.

I ended up having mine rebuilt. Could not find parts in Canada and once exchange factored in was not much more to have it done for me.
Excellent shop not far from me able to do it, but won't sell just parts kit.
