I have a 53 that I drove in high school that has been in a field for about 8 years. I do (seriously) plan on redoing it in the future. However, I am finishing my 54 and also just got a 68 plymouth satellite that are in line first since they are both basically road worthy but just need tlc.

The quuestion is: What kind of paint or product can I use on the top of the cab where the paint is gone due to the sun baking it for 51 years?

POR15, Krylon, or what? I don't really want to sand it down etc. but I suppose that is allways a possibility. I'm thinking of a cheap temporary fix to stop the rusting process.

Thanks,

Tim
