You may be looking in the wrong place.

The EPAS from the Saturn Vue (I think 2002-2007)can be had at a u-pull-it type junk yard for about $65.00. Clip off the wires going to it, so you have the plugs and get the u-joint on the bottom of the unit. This is a DIY project. I don't know of anyone making an AD specific kit yet. When they do, it will be expensive, no doubt.

It is still going to be at least a couple hundred bucks when you are done, but what isn't.

I don't think I agree with the location of the unit, but look here for an example of the function.
