I did some research for you...the 6-cylinder and V8 do not share the same linkage...you need to find V8 Linkage if your doing a factory correct conversion.

The Rams Horn Manifolds didn't come out until 1957. The 1955/56 265 has a Log Manifold, rear dump on passenger side, front dump on drivers side...which do you have?
