I think your panel is the same as my 37 truck. It has just one seal. It has a lip that snaps in the frame and about a 1" lip that seals to the cab area. It goes around the windshield frame. The glass is set in tape in the frame. As you open the windsield the seal moves to. You can buy new seal for $20 or less. From what I have read here, they don't seal real good. You may have to add some type of foam seal to the inside of sealing area. Joe
