I don't know about your specific hinges but usually hinge pins are used with bushings. The bushings can be punched out and replaced with new ones. That way your hinge isn't toast when things wear. I think you can get standard hinge pin/bushing repair kits for a couple of bucks at your local car parts store. I have seen and used them in the red "Help!" packages.
