| | | | Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 793 Former BMW Rider | | Former BMW Rider Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 793 | The PO of my truck put a GMC 228 in my 1947 3100. The hood latch upper panel (shroud) was notched out an inch or so. The original three speed is still in the truck. It's a doable swap.
