| | | | Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 17 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Feb 2016 Posts: 17 | My "three on the tree" transmission will grind the gear while shifting into high (3rd) gear if I don't shift real slow or even double clutch slowly. 2nd gear has no issues while shifting. Did the '54 transmission have a synchronizer in high gear as does in the 2nd gear?
