For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2014 Posts: 92 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2014 Posts: 92 | I'm finally seeing some progress putting the truck back together. Just about have the clutch linkage figured out (235 6 cylinder with granny tranny), but am wondering where the front hook of the spring mounts. There's a pic in the assembly manual which appears to show a bracket mounting to one of the oil pan bolts that doubles as a carb linkage spring bracket. I cannot find anything like this in my pile of "stuff". I also cannot find anything like this in my parts catalogs. Could someone post a pic of the bracket both in and out of the truck? If no pic, maybe a part number or where to get one? Thanks | | |
