yes Carl, zinc is a lot cheaper than copper, but even with that change in the penny, it's produced at a loss grin
high zinc solids primer or "cold galvanize compound" isn't "paint", it's 90-95% zinc in a carrier .... if you want to use the best when replacing body metal, use JetKote [galvanneal], a specially galvanized metal that is what good body shops use nowadays, zinc is an excellent rust proofing
