Okay, so this is my first brake rebuild on my '54 1 Ton. I was able to disassemble the front brakes today. I found that the passenger wheel cylinder seems to be the original delco (that may have been rebuilt once) and the driver side one is a wagner (looks a little different)also seems to may have been rebuilt (both a long time ago.) I think they're both 1 1/8 diameter.

SO I guess my question is...what now?

Do I buy new cylinders from Jim Carter (or another suggested website?) or have them rebuilt?

I found a guy online (Brake Materials and Parts in Indiana) that relines the shoes, rebuilds the cylinders, and replaces the hoses. Pretty much everything I need. So I should throw it all in a box and send it off to him? His prices seem reasonable.

Anyway, suggestions are welcomed!
