For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 23 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 23 | The window operation can be hard to explain but.....theres a piece called the regulator...it is like a large pair of sissors...As the sissors open and close the glass goes up or down in the tracts on each end..The trick to removing the parts is to remove the wing window first ..There are screws on the front edge of the door and one bolt on the lower inside that holds the wing assembly and entire front tract...Have the main window rolled all the way UP.!!...KEEP YOUR FINGERS OUTTA THE SISSORS .!!!....After the wing assembly is out remove the main winbow out through the top by tilting forward...
If all the cylinders ain't in a line it ain't cuttin it..
