14 bolt is what I did with my 50. I installed disc brakes and gears with a Detroit locker, which technically applies the same amount of traction as a standard 4wd vehicle does. Ive only really used 4wd on off-road situations, (i.e. 4 wheeling) and even in snow its not always the best. The locker has worked very well in a couple instances where I could have potentially gotten stuck, being that it works automatically I've had no issues with wheel slippage
