Don't expect your port-to-port mixture distribution to be as good as original.
Why would the intake port to intake port mixture distribution be adversely affected?
- The two side carbs are blocked-off at the base of those carbs.
- The center carb feeds all three intake ports to the head (as is the case with the original intake).
