You need to purchase the rebuild kit, which is just a rubber washer with a metal ring around it. The part numbers are listed in the article. You will not be able to get that shaft out like your pics because there is no reason to remove the back of the tube. If you do it like the How-To, it will all come out perfect, but be very light handed on the tabs. They break very easily. Good luck!
