Depending, on the amount of clearance you need, I would look for a set of wheel spacers that fit over original lug studs between the drum and rim. Install new longer lug studs if needed to securely tighten lug nuts. Me and a buddy done this to his '59 Apache on S-10 frame. I have also run the spacers on some 4x4's without issue. You should be able to buy the spacer and new lug studs cheaper than the item you are looking into. (My '55 2nd series 3100 uses the adapter/spacer on the rear to convert 6 lug to 8 lug. Just how the rear was made to fit the NAPCO conversion with 8 lug front differential. Again, I have had no issues,using the spacer/adapter.)
