As Hambone states the bed didn't get any of the trim or two tone paint in the trim that we are used to seeing on fleetsides. But the custom cab option was certainly available, including sail panel trim, on the step sides.

Custom cab two tone body side trim looks silly on a stepside from the factory, they just stop the trim on the cab....

On my '65 I decided to take off where the factory stopped and installed my own version of "custom" custom cab trim on my step side... and included it on the step side bed too. I basically bought a used set of custom cab long bed fleetside trim and then modified the pieces to fit.
