We just got finished redoing the doors and rebuilding the hinges. When hanging the drivers door, had a problem with alignment on the lower hinge. Had to loosen the cowling bolts to get the holes to line up. Once mounted the door won't line up and little adjustment. Bottom won't seal. See pictures.

Is the hinge sprung? If so, how do you fix it? All suggestions welcome.
