I looked at two different pullers but there were no extra holes drilled in my wheel to run the bolts into. I started to fabricate a strap to wrap around the back of the wheel to use with the larger puller but I gave it one last "heave-ho" using the "toothless" method and by golly it came loose using some PB Blaster.
