| | THANKS!
For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 150 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 150 | Here I go again needing help. I put a 283 in my 66 C10 and it has the short water pump on it. I bought aluminum brackets for the power steering and I would like to do the same for the alternator. The crazy thing is is I can't find a bracket unless I have the long water pump. But I don't know the difference or will the long one go on my 283 or do I want a long one at all. It would put the fan closer to the radiator if that matters. Got any advise.
Thanks Rocky | | |
