Those fenders are the same as the 2-1/2 ton Chevrolet Series 80 & 100 (58/59) trucks.
For the small amount of rust I see you will be WAY ahead to just repair what you have. Finding those fenders new will cost more than what the body man would charge to professionally fix them and used will look just like what you have...
