I would not recommend making ANY lowering modifications to the stock front suspension. They can be wonky enough in their stock form. Lowering will alter steering geometry, and may lead to bump steer by changing the drag link orientation. If you are serious about lowering it and have it drivable and safe, you should consider going to an IFS.
