My turn signal mechanism had no clicking sound and I was always leaving it on for miles and miles. Someone on this forum suggested that Radio Shack had a inexpensive sound device. Well part number #273-0068 buzzer, worked, I wired it in to the flasher and extended a wire back under the dash board with the buzzer attached. This buzzer is a screaming, high pitched, loud and piercing to the ears. I took some tape and covered part of the buzzer with the tape. It now is ok.
