Zenith says part numbers 14475 and 11280 are no longer available.
Number 14275 is available but cost $962.67 through Fisher Autoparts in Roanoke, VA
That part number should work with 228, 248, and 270 engines.

Searching online I had seen prices mentioned in the $600 range as well as one on ebay at $890obo.
Perhaps another dealer/distributor can get/offer better prices, or has older stock that was purchased at more favorable prices.

Again, this is all for downdraft Zenith model 228, not updraft
