Screws could be important/key, but, since screws can be removed from one vehicle and installed on another vehicle, it would not be conclusive that the plate and/or screws come on that truck.
It would never be 100% certain that the plate had not been unscrewed from a car and then screwed on a truck? Or, it could be that a car code was mistakenly stamped onto a truck plate.
