This looks promising. I can even wire it for normally closed which fits with my current circuit design. Now all I have to do is wait for the boat. I am thinking if you can wire this to turn on a fan at a certain degree point Plus or Minus 2 degrees, then there is no reason it wouldn't work for an over temp alarm. I designed it so it only works when the engine is running, so this may be the ticket. Wait and see!
