Pilot still wants the radio to work in the OFF(other fine frequencies) position. Air Force wants the airplane back. And so it goes. Wait until you spend some time in the Fuels team or take a walk on the wild side with the ordinance folks, we did call them BB stackers I am sorry to say. Then there are the kind folks from EOD.
