they ain't fun!! I just put a pair back together , and the new rubber makes it all to darn tight!

with the nut and spring at bottom off, you should be able to force glass frame down just enuff to slip the top pin out and to the side, then work the bottom pin up out of it's hole - not easy, but easier than gettin it back together - don't be too freaked if you bend the surrounding frame a bit - they straighten back out ok
