I am working on rebuilding a steering box and have a question on the ball guide retaining clamp that holds the ball guides into the ball nut. The ball guide retaining clamp is held on by three screws. On mine, the center screw does not fully seat. Is this normal or do I have an issue? Here is a picture of what I am talking about. The center screw is the one in question.

Unfortunately with a computer hard drive crashing and losing an backup external hard drive in a move I do not have any tear down pictures to reference.
