For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2015 Posts: 33 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2015 Posts: 33 | Hi, I have a 57 3100, the throttle wire is cut behind the dash but my engine runs great and starts every time. Do I need that throttle cable at all? Second can anyone tell me what the timer dial switch is used for. It is located in the rectangular space on the dash similar to the ashtray but on the other side of the radio location Again All wires behind the dash were cut and although my granddaughter loves playing with it, I don't know why it's there. Was it part of an original heater system? Seems like my current heater button is not original. Thanks for looking!
Thanks, keep truckin!
