Based on my user name, you may already know I have a 1971 C-20 truck. This is my first restore. I received my new upper bed molding from Chevy Duty.
Boy is it nice. Maybe too nice. I had not planned on replacing all of the upper molding, but now I have a clash. Shiney v.s. dull. Does anyone have information about restoring polished aluminum trim? It seems as though there is a surface finish that needs to be stripped? Better yet, anyone know of a place that does that type of work?
