It would look like the tube could be mounted in 4 locations, from the picture in the book: http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com/shop/1948_51truck/51ctsm0906.htmFour bolts and four locations...my best guess? Horn wire up. I think you will only get one mounting with that wire "up".
