Good advice from bartamos, the cost and effort in locating and changing the bed and the transmission could be prohibitive.
Most likely someone buying that truck would install a later model engine, transmission, and rear end. I'm not advocating this but it is what happens. If this is not what you want, you could probably sell it for a profit and buy something more in line with your needs.
