I have a 2015 3500HD. The frame rails are 34". Moving spring seats is no big deal. Just cut the old ones off and weld new ones on, It doesn't have to be a particularly good weld because the U-bolts are what does the holding. What are you going to do about wheels? A driveshaft shop can make any kind of driveshaft you need and they are not very expensive.
