Most any hardware store has it, and I'm sure HD & Lows have it, but the teenage kids can't stop talking to each other long enough to learn what to look for and where to find it. Ask for Naval Jelly, which is the brush-on form of what you're looking for. It's usually in the paint department, but sometimes in the cleaning supplies. And some states don't allow the sale of phosphoric acid.
