The domestic 1942 truck manual and 1942-47 truck manual show the roller bearing: "cage roller type Hyatt bearing".
The 1947 and later manuals (at least through 1960) show show an oil-impregnated bushing/bearing ("sintered powered bronze bushing, oil impregnated").
