NOT under the dash and NOT under the hood .... under the floor, on the frame about below the driver seat .... look at the bottom of the page on that link, which shows frame .... note labels "existing wires", those are the ones you plug in there if the harness you got is as original, in the top pic the connectors on your wires are shown at far right - the provision is also there for proper hookup of turn signal wires, if you don't have that look at the pic as if those wires don't exist
