So from what I understand the serial tag (or yes serial number) just has information that shows model, year, manufacture location and series. On my '54 it is located on the drivers side door column.
There is supposed to be a body tag on the passenger side firewall that shows body type, color code, interior color and engine type. That is what I am hoping to find.
