Sounds like it is fuel pump but we will see. It's disappointing that there are "new" parts that do not operate. Sad, but true. It's hard to diagnose any problem when all new parts are present.
I just don't want to believe one of them is bad. The probabilities are it's something else. Waiting for your results.
The gas pour did point to pump (or carb.)...or no gas in tank
