Did you check the output side of pump for flow while cranking? I would not back blow air. Are there any filters in system? The pump flow test will tell all. When you say "This got fuel pumping fine" what are you going by to say that? The only way to check flow is run the output line into a container while cranking motor.
1. You don't say if it is a new pump.
2. You don't say that your problem is motor won't start.
3.Lets start with what your problem is, then figure out what's wrong.
You can ONLY check a pump ON the motor. You can tell nothing by looking at the input side. Please advise that motor won't start, won't stay running, won't idle, has no power or what? Thanks Brad.
