Best case scenario, you find someone who has a parts truck that would be willing to cut a section out for you. Worst case (and not necesarily bad)is you have to fabricate the part yourself. Not sure how big the area is, but it could be small enough to make your own patch or you may end up having to make a patch with some body lines (a little more difficult). You can do it.
