It's a thought Jim. However, I used to work at an auto dealership who always had "wrapped" shuttle vans-the vinyl NEVER layed down perfectly to all the vehicle's surfaces and it was all pro installed. Keep in mind that these were Windstar minivans, which have flatter surfaces than any antique truck I've ever seen. I don't think it would be any cheaper than doing your own prep and getting a basic Maaco paint job. Sorry to burst your bubble, but I hope this info helps.
