Hello, I bought a bell housing a while back from a member here. I knew the 235 wouldn't work, been there done that, and to further complicate things mine has the hydraulic clutch, so it had to be a v8 bell housing with the hydraulic clutch. I'll have to check the numbers to make sure. I just didn't know if the transmission shaft was longer for the six than the v8, which really wouldn't make much sense. It's been too long ago that I did that swap I can't remember exactly what the problem was. Thanks for your replies.
