As for a Midwest section, there really is not one.
I have suggested one that would cover Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
The closest thing we have is the KC Reunion area.

Since you are in the Omaha area, you may consider attending it. If your truck is in process or don't even have one, come on down anyway.
Very friendly group with a lot of midwest people and people from all over the country. Couple Bolters from Canada will also be there.
Its a great time and we don't just talk trucks. My wife goes with me every year and has a good time.
